Return Policy

To initiate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our policy lasts fifteen days. If these fifteen days have passed starting from the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the item the same way as it was when you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be transferred to your credit card or to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Handling and shipping costs in both directions will be deducted from the your paid amount.

Discounted sold items cannot be returned or refunded.

Transportation Damages

Visible damage to the purchased items shall be reported directly to shipping provider when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported to shipping provider as soon as they are discovered but no later than seven days.
